Indeed I usually prefer books to get 150K or underneath as well. I really a short while ago wrote a long very first draft that I wound up rethinking and splitting into two books for the 2nd draft, and I think it’s Operating much better now (structurally along with duration sensible) – so I’ve discovered splitting being a fantastic approach!
